Vrsecký is European Champion!
Other great success of Nutrend Team. Its member David Vrsecký became a European Truck Champion and Nutrend can celebrate its firts motoristic title!
The last race of the series did not bring any change in the ranking list which was good for Nutrend. David perfomed his best, he made no mistake and the Jarama race brought him the desired victory - David became a European Truck Champion! It was a couple of minutes after 3PM when David Vrsecky passed the finish line of the final race of the European Race Truck Cup 2008. The hands of all the mechanics of the Buggyra International Racing System team were up and Nutrend celebrated, too. David Vrsecky has just become a new European Truck Champion and return the valuable title to the Czech Republic after long twelve years.
During the first interviews that the new European Champion provided, David wore Nutrend baseball cap because it is Nutrend that sponsors David. "It was very nice. I even thought of making a special cap for David saying "European Champion". But then I changed my mind because the European title is not that rare for our Nutrend Team members." said the general manager of Nutrend, Mr. Richard Zednik.
David Vrsecky whose fight was strongly supported by Nutrend´s products Gladiator and his favourite Shleha was happy that he kept his promise he gave to Mr. Zednik in Most. "Richard bought in Auction in Most a piece of my car and my racing suit in which I defeated the World Speed Record in Dubai and I told him that he should not regret the money that I will win the title and the price of the two pieces will even go higher afterwards. So it was a good bargain for him." Explains David.
