Nutrend builds long bridges!
Owner of Nutrend surely counts among last year’s biggest successes the new contract about cooperation which was signed between Nutrend management and representatives of Czech Olympic Committee.
On the base of this contract Nutrend will became sole supplier of dietary supplements for needs of Czech representants in summer Olympic games in Peking in 2008. “It’s a clear prove that mutual cooperation of our company and COC at the games in Athens 2004 and Torino 2006 came off to general satisfaction,” confirms Richard Zednik and adds that although the Olympics in Chinese metropolis takes place next year, already nowadays chosen athletes use first samples. Understandingly there is a communication between Nutrend on one side and athletes, trainers and doctors on the other side. “We have significant advantage that one of the Nutrend Team members is high jumper Jaroslav Baba, holder of bronze medal from Athens, who is highly visible advertisement of our company.”
As a great success then Richard Zedník considers also closure of contract with Skiing Federation and ISO certification acquisition. “Cross country skiers every year ensure guarantee of valuable medals. Moreover change of nutrition is usually connected with initial difficulties. In case of Nutrend everything went without any problems except one case, says owner of company. “Acquisition of ISO practically means certification of quality and unimpugnable fact that all processes linked to development, manufacturing and business have the highest possible quality. Financially it’s very high-priced matter, prove, that we are indeed an elite company. Concerning closest future, company from Olomouc aims to strengthen its position of domestic number one although the competition is growing. “Our field is growing worldwide and there is rising amount of money in play,” resolutely claims Richard Zednik and adds that there are more and more companies who see their chance in import. “Long time ago we decided to choose completely different way. I say we are building long bridges and running long tracks. Our strategy is based on systematic constructing of brand and relationships development. Not on buying something somewhere, selling it and then celebrating quickly gained money. Our position as producers is more complicated but on the other hand we are able to guarantee highest possible quality under all circumstances and react quickly to new trends.
That’s why we continuously develop new products and work on perfection of the existing ones. We are addressing more and more demanding customer who wants top quality for his money.” Next to turnover increasement and launching further new technologies Richard Zednik considers this year further expansion of company to abroad as one of the crucial tasks. “We have new partners in Italy and Russia. In regards to tradition of power sports, Bulgarian market appears as a very perspective, to which we were able to enter due to strong partner.”
